It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. phking365 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active phking365 account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary restriction of deposits, withdrawals, or full account access.

phking365's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phking365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
